This page here is for Orlando Bloom, who was in both "The Lord of the Rings," playing elf Legolas Greenleaf, and in the war movie "Black Hawk Down," playing Private Todd Blackburn. Born January 13, 1977 in Canterbury, Kent, UK. His hobbies are doing crazy things like skydiving, bungee jumping(he did one in Queenstown, NZ four times in a row!), paragliding surfing and snowboarding. He has two tattoo-one an Elvish symbol for #9(all the LOTR fellowship actors got them)on his wrist and a sun on his torsoe. He is currently in Austrailia filming the movie Ned Kelly.

  Orlando Bloom as Legolas Orlando Bloom played Legolas Greenleaf in The Lord of the Rings, one of the greatest movies I firmly believe was ever made. Legolas is an elf from the forest of Mirkwood, sent by his father to the Council of Elrond. He pledges his service to Frodo Baggins and becomes a member of the fellowship of the ring, to accompany Frodo on his journey to destroy the ring in the land of Mordor, to prevent Sauron from rising again and destroying all the good in Middle Earth.

  Orlando as Todd Blackburn Orlando played Private Todd Blackburn in the war movie Black Hawk Down, about a surprise attack in Somalia in 1993 that went horribly wrong. Todd Blackburn was a new recruit, and his tragic fall from a military helicopter was the first in a horrifying series of events.
